Named in honor of Susan P. Rouse, a long-time volunteer, board member, Foundation trustee, and fund-raiser for HOWC, the two-story, 26,000 square-foot Administrative and Community Services Center will be dedicated to space for clinical teams to meet, administrative activities to take place and volunteer training to occur.
