community who need it most. Gift opportunities provide
a way for you to honor or remember a loved one permanently.

Plaques will be displayed at the campus, both inside and outside, with the name of the donor and the tribute associated with the gift. In addition, gifts of $5,000 and more will be recognized in the lobby of the hospice home on a wall of honor commemorating the generosity of those who have made the project possible.
